After over two decades of working in energy medicine, different layers of healing have made themselves evident. Most energy medicine centres on working in the etheric bodies of the physical, emotional or mental realms. These are the energy batteries/fields that provide energy to the body, emotions and mind. These are the layers where we can store emotional discomfort and trauma, physical pain and mental imbalance.

Working with these layers can be extremely helpful - like taking the body mind to the cleaners so there is more light and warmth coming through the window. If we call the layers of mind and emotion the personality structure - doing a deep clean here can make life function more smoothly and assist better functioning of the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

However, if there is also not work done to open one beyond the realms of personality structure - we can get eternally stuck in our own narratives, emotional waves, and societal/ancestral conditioning. We clean the centres and then in frustration or hopelessness, reverse the energy field once again.

The same is for the one holding the sessions - if the energy is coming from the ‘doer’ with a plan to ‘fix’ the patient - healing lies in one band of possibility. In opening to the superconscious as the doer of the work - the healing frequency that is passed through in our collective opening is much more intelligent and long lasting.

The intelligence of what needs to happen comes from the field of life itself rather than from the energy and mind of the limited practitioner. It is the intention to open that space that lies beyond the emotions and the mind - reminding the contracted pieces of ourselves of our true nature as awareness.
